But if your ops lead doesn’t understand how it works?

Then you don’t have a system.

Training is what turns a tool into traction.

• It builds trust in the system

• It reduces decision fatigue

• It creates team-wide accountability

• And it gives you, the founder, space to finally step back

No more random Looms.
No more “can you explain this again?”

So here’s the mindset shift:

Don’t ask “What system should I use?”
Ask: “How do I make sure my team uses the system we already have?”

The answer is:
Train them.
Guide them.
And if needed—bring in someone who can.
