Nobody wakes up excited to write SOPs.

It's the most boring task in the business.

It sits at the bottom of the list, permanently, because there is always something more urgent, and because writing out a process you already know how to do feels like the least valuable thing you could possibly spend an hour on.

An SOP is a Claude skill.

The hard part isn’t automating tasks, it’s having a clearly defined process, so that you can automate it. You can’t automate processes you haven’t defined or systems you can’t see.
