Whatever system your business is currently running on, that's your default, whether you designed it or not.

Your current business baseline is a reflection of the systems it runs on, whether consciously or unconsciously.

If the systems in your business is non-existent then your default might be that, every decision routes through you, your team is constantly needs your input to do their job, or you don’t have visibility on what everyone’s working on and the numbers of the business.

You didn't choose any of those defaults, they emerged because you didn’t design your systems intentionally.

And no matter what new product, new hire, new ad, or new idea you throw at the business, you fall back to the level of your systems, your default.

The goal isn’t to work harder, it’s to upgrade your systems and raise your default.

A 7-figure business runs on 7-figure systems. A 6-figure business runs on 6-figure systems. If you want to scale, you don't need a bigger push, you need to make your goal the new default through better systems.
