Most creators think what they need is a product.
What they really need... is a process.
I was on a call today with two young founders building a community for creators. They had content, a community and a vision.
But they didn’t have a process.
What they were missing wasn’t a Notion dashboard or a digital product.
What they needed was a system that did 3 things:
Taught their core beliefs through workflows, not just modules.
Made their brand tangible, turning their “creative North Star” into daily actions.
Created progress people could see and feel, so members keep going.
I told them they shouldn’t focus on building a template, but on building a system for their message.
Because if you’re selling creativity, consistency, or collaboration… it has to show up as lived experience.
And that experience is shaped by the system you give them.
Not just a Google Doc or a Notion page or worse… another course.
But a process that people follow through a system.
Because your system is a byproduct of defining the process.
And once you have a process for getting results, you have a product.
You just need some help packaging it and selling it to your audience.
No fluff. Just systems.Chris “The Systemizer” Punt
