You Don’t Need a Product. You Need a Process.

Process. Systems. Product.

Most creators think what they need is a product.

What they really need... is a process.

On a call today, I spoke with two young founders building a community for creators helping them with consistency and creativity.

They had content. A community. A vision.

But they didn’t have a process.

What they were missing wasn’t a Notion dashboard or a digital product.

What they needed was a system that did 3 things:

  1. Taught their core beliefs through workflows – not just modules.

  2. Made their brand tangible – turning their “creative North Star” into daily actions.

  3. Created progress people could see and feel – so members keep going.

Here’s what I told them: “You’re not building a template. You’re building a system for your message.”

Because if you’re selling creativity, consistency, collaboration—it has to show up as a lived experience.

And that experience is shaped by the system you give them.

Not just a Google Doc. Not just a Notion page. Not just another course.

A process that people follow through a system.

Because a system is only a byproduct of defining the process.

And once you have a process for getting results, you have a product.
You just need some help packaging it and selling it to your audience.

Which is something I can help with.

If you are a coach, consultant or creator with a large following, educating people online, and you want to turn your process (the thing you teach about) into a system and sell that system as a digital product to make passive income, then reply “Monetize” and I’ll send you some more details.

Turn your process into a system.
