Training teams on using Notion in Bali
Last week I spent 2 days with 2 different clients working with our Systemiz agency at their house in Bali.
They’re both big in the content space. One has a podcast and multiple businesses in Dubai, the other runs one of the biggest influencer marketing agencies in the Netherlands.
They both hustled their way to 7 figures but scaling to 8 without systems is business suicide.
You don’t scale without SOPs, endless WatsApp threads, messy files across Google Drives and 20+ scattered tools that don’t talk to each other.
That’s why they came to us. They know their role in the business isn’t managing the day-to-day operations.
We built them a custom Notion workspace. Clean dashboards. Automated workflows. Everything their teams needs to run smooth operations.
Now we’re in the training phase, the most important part of the process.
Because a system is useless if no one is using it.
The learning curve is the leverage.
The faster you and your team learns these systems, the faster you’ll be able to use and adapt your systems, and the faster you’ll gain more leverage in your life and business.
This is what we’re helping them accomplish, helping them get their time back.
And from talking to both of them, I learned the biggest resistance isn’t the tool, it's change.
You see your team has practically developed muscle memory for chaos. They know exactly where to find that random Google Sheet. They've memorized the broken process.
Learning a new system will feel like learning a foreign language.
This is why training your team on systems is so important.
And this is also why most systems fail…
They're built for the business owner, not the team.
The person who commissioned the system understands the vision. They see how everything connects.
But the person using it daily? They just want to know: "Where do I click to add a client?"
Good systems bridge the gap between vision and execution.
And strong systems are those that are successfully adopted and used every day.
