The one question that built this entire system
Build your systems around this ONE thing...

A client hired me to build a Notion dashboard for his coaching program.
At first, he wanted everything.
✅ Habit tracker
✅ Notes
✅ Program roadmap
✅ Journal
✅ Calendar
✅ Task manager
✅ Client pipeline
But when we zoomed out…
We scrapped almost all of it.
Why?
Because we asked the only question that matters:
“What’s the ONE thing I can do such that by doing it, everything else becomes easier or unnecessary?”
Actually pause for a second and ask this question for yourself and your own business…
What is my ONE thing that will make everything else easier or unnecessary?
That became the core of his system.
Not a pile of dashboards.
Not a Frankenstein setup of widgets and trackers.
Just one outcome.
Then, we reverse-engineered the entire system around only that.
His dashboard went from a bunch of features…
To a force multiplier for client results.
That’s how you build systems that work with you, not against you.
If you’re overwhelmed, scattered, or constantly distracted…
It’s not because you’re unproductive.
It’s because your system is working exactly as it was initially designed to:
To distract you.
But that’s the beauty of Notion, we can adapt and fix that.
I’m offering a few free system audit calls this week.
On the call, we’ll:
Map your current system
Identify your “One Thing”
Pinpoint what’s slowing you down
Show you how to systemize for clarity, consistency, and growth
You’ll leave with a clear plan to streamline everything inside Notion.
Because once your system serves your One Thing…
Everything else gets easier.
Reply “Systemiz” and I’ll send you some more details.
No fluff. Just systems.
