I had a call today with someone who manages operations for a medical practice in the Netherlands.
The founder is a specialist doctor. He works with companies, evaluates employees, coaches leadership teams, and writes reports. He's exceptional at what he does, yet his business is completely stuck.
And it’s not because of the market, they signed a new client last week and new companies keep reaching out.
