The Best Digital Products Are Already In Your Google Drive

Today I did something I don’t normally do...

I spent the entire day, in-person, with one of our agency clients here in Bali.

We’ve been helping him build a custom Notion workspace to scale his content arm of his business (podcasting, CRM, networking SOPs, etc.)

But this day was different.

He didn’t want more systems for the business.

He wanted help turning the information in his head into a product.

Specifically, we spent the full day building two things:

1. A free Notion-based lead magnet packed with his best tools, templates, SOPs and systems.

2. A Low Ticket digital product which was previously a messy Google Doc, reimagined as a clean, beautiful Notion doc with added features & functionality (higher perceived value).

Same content. New packaging. But the difference?

Night and day.

Instead of a hard-to-read doc, it’s now:

• Easier to consume

• Sharper looking

• Loaded with checklists, systems, even action buttons

• A way better experience for his customers

• And most importantly—something he can sell or give away to grow his list

That second part is the insight I want to land with you today:

You don’t need to “make” a new digital product.
You need to package the one you already have.

It’s in your Google Drive. In your systems. In your brain.
You’ve already done the hard part, defining your processes and getting clients results.

The only thing left is turning that internal clarity into external packaging.

That's what we did in one day.

We built a resource he’ll now be able to use for the next 1–2 years to drive leads, build his newsletter, and pull clients into his HT offer.
