I've been working on this for months and it's finally live!
I just published the full walkthrough of the updated Life OS Dashboard on YouTube. The entire dashboard broken down system by system, the productivity science behind it, and why having an AI-powered Life OS is so important in 2026.
But let me give you the short version of what changed and why I rebuilt it.
The old Life OS was already really good. Over 3000 people are using it daily and it hit #1 Product of the Day on Product Hunt. But after using my own system every single day for the past year I naturally kept making refinements.
So I made it simpler, integrated Notion AI Agents, and turned self-improvement into a system. This Life OS dashboard is designed in such a way where if you use it consistently every day, you’ll naturally integrate the 47 different science-backed productivity principles into your daily life.
I basically reverse engineered productivity into a system so that you don’t have to, all you have to do is use the system.
And I rebuilt the Life OS based on actual productivity science. Here is the core 4 productivity principles the Life OS is built on:
1. Reduce cognitive load: Your brain has limited working memory. Every widget, database, or property you don't use is noise your brain has to process before it can get to the actual work. So everything in the new dashboard either drives action or reduces friction. If it doesn't do one of those two things, it's not in the dashboard (you won’t see these because I removed them, everything in the Life OS has a purpose).
2. Close open loops: Your brain remembers unfinished tasks more than finished ones. Every incomplete project, every idea floating around in your head, every "I'll get to that later" is an open loop zapping your energy in the background. This new system has capture, review, and planning cycles designed to get everything out of your head and into a system you trust.
3. Start with identity, not tasks: Most systems start with a to-do list. This one starts with who you want to become. You define your Higher Self identities, reverse-engineer your vision into goals, your goals into projects, and your projects into tasks. Every daily action traces back to the person you're becoming. Intentional work > busy work.
4. Nested feedback loops: Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly review cycles that feed data into each other. Plus 5 AI agents that analyze your behavior at every level. By month three, the AI has 90+ days of journals, habit data, execution scores, and and 12 weekly AI performance reports. Its recommendations get scary accurate, like having a personal coach living inside your Notion that never forgets a single detail.
So if you want to see all of this in action, learn more about the Life OS and how to systemize self-improvement, and take some inspiration for your own Notion workspace, then watch the full walkthrough here:
I hope to see you inside the Life OS community :)
No fluff. Just systems.
