The 4 steps to systemizing your business

Build systems for your business without slowing down

Here’s how you scale your business without burning out or hiring a big team.

Most entrepreneurs stay stuck because they’re too busy to build systems.

But without systems, everything relies on you.

So… how do you fix that?

Here’s the 4-step process I use to systemize businesses in Notion:

1. Log every problem
Most businesses operate on memory. That’s why nothing gets solved.
Create a "Systemization Tracker" to log every problem and system you need.
If it’s not in the tracker, it doesn’t get solved. It can be as simple as this:

2. Define the process
Most people don’t need help with building systems.
They need help defining the steps.
If you don’t have a clear process, you can’t build a system around it.

3. Build the system
Once the process is clear, you build a Notion dashboard that automates, streamlines, or templatizes it.
The system is just the tool that helps you execute the process effortlessly.

4. Delegate or automate
If the system works, you should be able to delegate it.
Or even better—automate it entirely.
That’s how you remove yourself from the business.

This is the process I follow with every client.

And there is currently 4 more spots open for the Systemiz Subscription:

  • You send me system requests & the problems you face

  • I build & deliver the systems within 72h

  • You get a Loom walkthrough explaining how it works

  • You get unlimited async support via DM

  • No calls. No fluff. Just systes.

Perfect if you’re running a growing business, don’t have time to learn Notion, but need systems to scale.
