Stop tracking the wrong thing.
Don't perform... Experiment.
Most people treat life like a stage.
Everything needs to be perfect, polished, and presentable.
But that’s a fast track to burnout.
These days, I treat my life like a lab.
No pressure to perform. Just space to test.
Right now, I’m experimenting with carbs.
Trying to see if eating more carbs helps or hurts my energy and gym performance.
But here’s the twist: I’m not guessing.
I’m tracking everything — macros, strain, recovery, sleep, energy, productivity — all inside my Life OS.
And every week, I review it.
Two dashboards. One for performance. One for health.
Simple. Clear. Data-driven.
So if something’s off, don’t feel bad.
Just adjust the experiment.
If you’ve ever said, “I don’t have the energy,” try this:
Start logging your sleep, food, and focus daily.
Pick one variable to test (e.g. carbs).
Review your energy and productivity every Sunday.
Look for patterns. Adjust. Improve.
Create an energy feedback loop and learn from it.
That’s how you get clarity without burnout.
Track the right thing.
