ChatGPT Work is the new AI-hype tool on the block…
But it’s literally just a copy of Claude Cowork, nothing new really.
This is the trend I’m seeing between the two: Claude innovates, ChatGPT copies.
Both serve the same function and both require systems if you actually want to automate your busywork, buy back your time, and get your freedom back.
And for that, you still need Notion.
To build a business that runs on AI, you need these 3 systems:
A system of record: Where the truth lives. (Your vision, SOPs, offers, client data, all of it visible in one place.)
A system of engagement: Where you and your team actually do the work.
A system of intelligence: The AI layer you put on top to automate the busy work. This is where Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Work come in.
Most people start at layer three and just end up automating chaos. First eliminate the chaos with systems, then automate what’s left with Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Work.
