Notion is guilty for making you think in systems
The best tools are the ones that rewires your brain
You think differently now.
And you probably don't even realize it.
Before you found Notion, you thought in folders and files. Documents and spreadsheets. Everything had to fit into a little box.
But now, you think in systems, workflows, and databases.
The right tools don’t just save you time, they change the way you think
And this is what most people overlook with Notion.
The real value isn't that it makes you faster.
It's that it gives you a new mental model.
It changes the way you interact and think about information…
I went from fitting my life into tools to building tools around my life.
Now when I buy coffee, I don't just spend money.
I log it as an expense in my finance tracker.
When I have an idea, it doesn't get lost.
It goes into my system.
When I plan a project, I don't just make a list.
I define it in my project & task management system.
I’m not just using Notion. I’m thinking in Notion.
There's a part of my brain that now experiences the world through the lens of systems, and I’m sure it’s the same for you.
Because that’s the real value of tools and why the right ones are so powerful.
They don't just organize your stuff.
They reorganize your thinking.
The tool becomes a new way of seeing the world.
So here's the question: What other tools could rewire your brain the way Notion did?
What other mental models are you missing because you haven't discovered the right tool yet?
It could be switching from websites to funnels.
It could be going from paid ads to organic.
It could be turning your service into a product.
It could be switching from ChatGPT to Poppy (this was a big one for me).
The most valuable tools don't just save you time, they give you new ways to think.
And new ways to think create new possibilities.
Speaking of new possibilities… If you want help installing the right systems, AI & automation tools in your business so your business can run on systems instead of people, then reply “Systemiz” and I’ll show you how we help business owners get their freedom back by removing them from their business operations.
A system a day keeps the stress away.
