- My new schedule is just 2 blocks a day
My new schedule is just 2 blocks a day
The 80/20 Pareto principle in action
I finally hit that deep flow state again.
You know the one where time disappears and you have Notion tabs open everywhere.
Today was one of those days.
I’ve been deep inside rebuilding the new Life OS — finalizing the latest version, tweaking the daily/weekly/monthly/yearly planners, and making it basically impossible not to be consistent and proactive.
That’s the goal:
A life management system that makes doing the right things the default.
And it’s getting close.
In the mornings, I create content.
In the afternoons, I build.
That’s my whole schedule.
Two blocks a day. That’s it.
It’s my personal 80/20 setup:
80% of my time goes to the 20% of tasks that grow my business, energy, and systems.
No fluff. No noise.
Just building the thing I wish I had.
I’m designing the Life OS to work for anyone — but I’m building it for solopreneurs.
People like me. People like you.
People who want to do more with less, better.
And for the first time in a while, I’m genuinely enjoying building again.
I’ve said no to the 80% of stuff I don’t like doing.
And I got someone to help me take care of the things I don’t love but are still important.
Now I get to spend every day creating, solving problems, and sharing it with you.
So here’s today’s takeaway:
If you want a business you love,
You have to design your days to do what you love.
It might be a bit cheesy but it’s true.
Most people just let their days happen.
But the version of you that wins? They schedule the needle-movers.
They make time for the energy-giving, profit-producing, momentum-generating work.
And they systemize the rest.
That’s what I’m building.
That’s what I’m living.
And that’s what I want for you, too.
If you want access to this Life OS, just click here:
The dashboard has already been updated and the updated walkthrough will be dropping soon.
And even after it drops I’ll still be working on the next version because my goal is to build the BEST Notion Second Brain for Solopreneurs that exists.
And everyone who buys the Life OS will get all future versions and updates as they release at no extra cost
So if you are in the need of a life-management system that works with you and not against you, be sure to grab the Life OS Dashboard
No fluff. Just systems.
