Make the behaviour of your future self default
Raise your baseline, not your bar
Most people chase “highs.”
Myself included, I’m definitely not perfect.
But the secret to sustainable success is not the peaks but the lows.
It’s about raising your baseline.
I’ve just moved into a new place in Bali.
And my current goal is making this lifestyle, this place, my current network my new baseline.
Meaning the lowest point I can hit is what I have now (which I love and am super grateful for).
This villa is quiet, spacious, mine for a year, and it gives me one thing I’ve been craving for over 18 months…Stability.
You can say what you want, but it’s impossible to be productive when you’re travelling.
I know I’m in the land of digital nomads here in Bali but honestly it’s the stupidest thing you can possible do for your productivity & business.
It takes at least a month to get used to a new place and develop some type of routine, and as soon as you do you just up and leave, confusing your entire biology.
You’re resetting and starting from scratch each time you move.
Which is why I made the commitment and signed a 1 year contract.
I’m designing a space that supports my next identity.
Not the version of me who’s surviving or sprinting…
But the one who’s building, scaling and not just feeling productive but being productive by default as a byproduct of the right environment and systems.
This is why I talk so much about systems.
Because the best systems don’t just help you do more, they help you become more.
More calm. More capable. More consistent.
They raise your baseline.
So that’s what I’m focused on right now, making the behaviour of my future self the default.
And that includes giving my Life OS a massive upgrade, which I’m currently busy with and it’s actually going to be an insane update!
All existing customers will receive the update for free.
I’ll keep you updated as I go :)
Raise your baseline.
