The beauty of a business that runs on systems

This weekend I’m hopping on a plane to Bali.
But the business?
It’s not coming with me.
No last-minute texts.
No “quick calls.”
No checking 14 apps just to find a file.
Because I run everything from one place.
And it’s not Google Drive.
It’s Notion.
Had a founder message me this week:
“We have 25+ employees. But I still manage every project by memory and message threads.”
That’s not a business.
That’s a fire drill.
Here’s what I told him:
The goal isn’t to build a workspace.
The goal is to build a system that runs the business when you’re not in the room.
Notion lets you:
Track projects, payments, and people in one dashboard
Give teams their own dashboards (and accountability)
Store files, SOPs, orders — all in one place
Flag issues once and have them resolved without you chasing them
It’s not just about productivity.
It’s about peace of mind.
The goal isn’t to work more efficiently.
It’s to stop being the bottleneck.
If you want to scale your business with systems instead of stress…
And finally take that trip without taking your business with you...
Reply “Workspace” and we’ll do a free audit on your business operations and show you how Notion, automation & AI could be used in your business to save you more time, energy and money.
No fluff. Just systems.
