I spent the entire day building a system I'll probably never use.

I just finished rebuilding the entire Life OS Dashboard funnel. New landing page, new onboarding flow, updated dashboard, everything.

But the part that I'm most excited about isn't the website I vibecoded with Claude Code (though it does look pretty sick), it's the stuff you don’t see, the backend.

In the past I’ve always made the mistake of building the funnel, launching the offer, getting the traffic… and then have no idea whether it’s actually working or not.

This caused me to be reactive and emotional with my business, which is quite literally the opposite of what you need to grow & scale.

So today, instead of moving on to my next idea (which I have plenty of), I built a full data tracking system for my Life OS funnel.

Google Analytics and tracking pixels installed on the website, connected to an n8n automation that logs every single metric into a Notion database automatically.

New members, community joins, booked calls, upsells, transactions, ad performance (even though ads aren't live yet, the tracking is already there). Everything flows into Notion without me or my team doing anything. We just use the system and the data logs itself.

But here's where it gets powerful.

I don't actually want to look at the data.

I know, sounds counterintuitive but why do you need the data? It’s to test, spot patterns, and identify bottlenecks so your business can keep growing.

So it’s not actually about looking at spreadsheets, it’s getting actionable information from the data.

So I built a custom AI agent that sits on top of all of this data.

Every week, it pulls every metric, every formula, every data point that was tracked and it creates a weekly report for me. Patterns, bottlenecks, changes, and most importantly: what to actually do about it.

That's it. That's the whole system I built today.

Everything else happens without me.

This is what I mean when I talk about working ON your business instead of IN it.

The goal isn't to become better at reading spreadsheets. The goal is to build a system that does it for you so you can focus on the decisions required to improve the numbers.
