How to manage your time & energy with systems

So you can turn it into money

Time and energy are the only two resources you can exchange for money.

Think about it…

A business is basically just an arbitrage of time and energy.
You're buying time and energy at one price and selling it at a higher price.

Or you’re using systems, AI and automation to save time & energy altogether which in turn helps you make more money.

So simply put, if you can manage your time and energy effectively, you can make more money.

But if you're constantly context-switching between scattered tasks, don’t know what to prioritize, and always overcommitting tasks on your calendar, you’ll stay stuck in this loop.

What you need is a system that as a byproduct of using it, helps you reverse all 3 of those problems.

That's exactly why I built the Mission Control system.

It's the project and task management system inside my popular Life OS Dashboard that doesn't just help you prioritize your schedule, but also helps you schedule your priorities using science-based principles and frameworks.

So be sure to check out the Life OS Dashboard if you want to take your productivity and life-management skills to the next level:

Here are the core 3 frameworks of project & task management:

The Eisenhower Matrix: 4 quadrants based on urgent vs. important. Most people live in "urgent and important" (firefighting mode). This Mission Control system helps you spend more time in the "important but not urgent" quadrant, aka being proactive instead of reactive which is where you actually make progress.

Context Batching: Tag tasks by the mental state required. Admin work. Creative work. Communication. Then time-block similar tasks together so you're not constantly switching between the different hats you have to put on in your business.

Time Estimation: Track how long tasks actually take vs. your estimates. Most people massively underestimate what they can get done in a day (I was one of them, which is why I built this system). Once you see the pattern, just add 30 minutes to everything until you’re no longer overcommitting. Suddenly your calendar becomes realistic.

And yesterday I released a full walkthrough on YouTube showing you exactly how this powerful project & task management system works, so if you want to learn how to use Notion to manage your time & energy then click here to check out the video:

No fluff. Just systems.

P.S. Time is the most valuable resource we have, so don’t waste it by not having a time-management system. Invest a little bit of time now to save a lot of time later.
