What is an AI Operating System?

Data: The live numbers and metrics automated from Stripe, Shopify, Skool, YouTube, Instagram, etc. into a Notion dashboard that you and Claude can use for visibility.
Intelligence: Claude integrated into the system that contains all the context and data via the MCP. This is where we setup the Claude.md files, skills, and give it access to the tools it needs to run the business.
Automation: Claude running autonomously in the background instead of you prompting it. This is where we implement AI Automation on your SOPs, processes and Notion workflows.
Optimization: System hygiene and ongoing maintenance to keep the entire AI Operating System running and improving over time, the longer you use it.
Having just one of these 6 layers in place already creates massive leverage in your business. But it’s only when you combine them into a cohesive AI Operating System that you unlock the true power of code as a form of leverage, allowing you to scale the value your business provides without it taking up more of your time.
