Do you want to build or make money?

Make sure the business you're building is worth it...

A fellow creator here in Bali asked me something that stopped me:

“Do you want to build... or do you want to make money?”

Because the truth is—most of us love to build.
We just get distracted by needing to monetize everything immediately.

I’ve built systems for years.
Some of them I still use every day.
Some of them I built once, and they keep making me money without me needing to do anything, like my Life OS.

That’s the magic.

But the real insight came when we talked about who I want to help—and how.

Notion systems are cool.
But they’re just a shell.
What I’m really interested in is helping people turn what they already do into something that scales without them.

Not starting from scratch.
Not inventing new things.
Just looking at what already works—and packaging it.

Most business owners are sitting on a goldmine of processes.

It’s the way they onboard clients.
The way they manage a podcast.
The way they grow their audience, close deals, retain customers.

All of that is productizable.

Not as a course.
But as an actual system others can use.

That’s what I’m building next:
A 1:1 program to help business owners extract, structure, and productize their existing operations into a digital product that will generate consistent passive income without their involvement and with the help of systems.

Because leverage is about doing more with less.
Making more money without applying more time, energy and effort.

If you already run a business and want to turn your processes into a product (internal or external), just reply “Systemize” and I’ll send you my calendar so we can hop on a call and discus your next digital product.

Systems > Hustle

P.S. It’s funny… we usually think we need a new idea.
But the real power is in the stuff we’re already doing.
We just haven’t named or talked about it yet.
