Context switching is killing your energy

Insights from building the new Life OS Club and recording for 8h

Today I recorded for 8 hours straight…

Not jumping between tasks, not “half-working” with tabs open… just deep work.

All I did was finish one thing:
The new onboarding for the Life OS.

And I got it finished because I didn’t allow myself to context switch to other tasks, I stayed focused.

We think we’re multitasking. We’re not.
We’re just draining our brain’s battery one tab at a time.

When I try to bounce between the agency, YouTube, Notion Wizard, DMs, emails, content, planning, etc…

Nothing gets finished.
Everything becomes “in progress.”
And the to-do list never shrinks.

But when I go all-in on one thing, like these past few days with the Life OS Club, things actually get done.

The onboarding got done.
The new community got built.
The systems got updated.
The open loops started closing.

These past few days I said no to everything but the Life OS.

Now it’s done.
And it’s 10x better than before.
Simpler. Cleaner. Sexier.

Now I’m focused on finishing up the Life OS Club: a private, free community for all Life OS customers.

→ Lifetime access to product updates
→ Access to new trainings & support
→ Community calls, Q&A, and workshops
→ A space to learn and evolve your life-management systems

This weekend, I’m hosting a Life OS workshop inside the community (more about this in upcoming emails).

It’s for anyone who owns the dashboard.
And it’s completely free.

If you’ve purchased the Life OS in the past, reply to this email with “Life OS” and I’ll make sure you get an invite to the workshop and the new community.

If not, now’s the best time to grab it.
Because once the new version is live, I’ll be raising the price.

See you tomorrow.

Don’t stress. Get the Life OS.
