All business models work. But not all at once.
Conversations with friends at a private villa in Bali
A friend of mine is doing collaborations with luxury villas in Bali where we get to tag along, stay in these insane places, and just create content.
I’m sharing everything on Instagram (if you want a peek, follow along there).
But what me wasn’t the villas. It was the conversations.
It’s wild how clarity grows when you're around the right people.
Over dinners and walks, we talked about business models, focus, and the kind of life we actually want to build. And one thing kept coming up:
Everything works. But not if you try everything at once.
There’s YouTube. Notion templates. Service offers. Group coaching. Sponsorships. Events. Brand deals.
All of it is viable.
But if you don’t zoom out and define the future you actually want—
the opportunities will start deciding for you.
That’s why I said no to a lot of things lately.
Even profitable ones.
Because they didn’t match the business I actually want to build.
I want digital.
Leverage.
Systems.
And the option to enjoy a private villa with friends in the middle of the week without anything breaking.
That’s what I’m doing right now—having fun, nurturing valuable relationships, recording content with friends, and still watching leads come in… because the systems are doing their job.
But I’m not keeping this to myself.
I’ve opened up 1:1 spots for business owners who want to turn their messy processes into clean digital systems, and sell it — so they can run a business that feels light, leveraged, and free.
No more bottlenecks.
No more reinventing the wheel.
Just clean execution from systems that actually do the work.
If that sounds like what you’ve been craving, reply “Systemizer” and I’ll send you my calendar.

P.S. The key to building a calm, creative business isn’t motivation.
It’s structure. And your structure starts with the business model you commit to.
Say no to the rest.
