3 Questions to scale your business with systems
A Systemizer’s #1 Rule

Most people want to scale.
But scaling chaos just creates bigger chaos.
If your business is unorganized at $10k/month,
it’ll be a disaster at $100k/month.
If I send you 1000 customers tomorrow, could you handle the traffic?
If the answer is no, then the reason you can’t scale is because you have a system problem.
You need offers and traffic to make money, but you need systems to scale.
This is why a Systemizer always asks the following 3 questions before scaling anything:
Do I even need to be doing this? If no, eliminate it.
Can this be automated? If yes, build the system.
Can this be delegated? If yes, train someone.

Scaling a broken system just means your problems multiply.
So don’t fix your problems.
Fix your systems so the problems won’t happen in the first place.
